Shipping and Return Policies

1. A email confirmation will be sent out after your order has been received.

2. Please allow 3 working days for the product to be mailed out.

3. Orders cannot be changed after it has been mailed out.

4. Shipping is free in Singapore.

5. In the occassion that a product that has been received is defective/wrong item shipped, please contact our customer service personnel at picassohairhouse@gmail.com within 1 week. If the grace period as been exceeded, the company reserves the rights not to do any exchange.
